The first station was closed without direction to another PR desk. However I attempted to locate the Player Rewards desk to get a duplicate card. The big screens were helpful in viewing the show but I came to see a live show not a tv show. I kept bumping in to the people on both sides of my seat. A tall person sat in front of me and I found myselt leaning to the left or the right, to view the show. If a person gets up to leave, they obstruct one's view of the show. The site lines to the stage are horrible. The center is great looking and very clean, However there are no concessions. I attended a recent Frank Caliendo show at the Xcite center at Parx Casino. I have been to 100's of shows and this was my least favorite venue. I may sound like a Debbie Downer but I wont go back to Parx to see a show. It is a fire hazzard which leads once again to the point that the staff was not prepared to handle a large crowd. I thought it was bizarre that security or the people who worked there didnt make them get out of the aisle. Then there ended up being alot of people trying to watch the show in the aisle. They were super annoying because they were blocking everyones view of the stage. Seriously though who wants to drink BUD/BUD LIGHT? We had great seats but there was a couple who thought that it was ok to stand in the aisle and watch the show. There was 1 woman doing her best with a man pouring drinks into plastic cups. There were 100's of people waiting to get a drink to take into the concert. The staff except for security did not seem prepared for a concert.

I'm not even sure where to begin.We went to see Jerry Cantrell who we have seen many times. Regretfully I write this with dissapointment.Parx Excite Center is not the place to see a show.
